Morena Baccarin

Morena Silva de Vaz Setta Baccarin or better known as Morena Baccarin is a Brazilian American actress born on June 2, 1979. She is best known for playing Anna in the series 'V' and her role as Vanessa in the movie 'Deadpool'. She also plays the role of Dr. Leslie Thompson in the TV series 'Gotham'. She got the Emmy nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series in 2013 for Showtime series 'Homeland'.

Baccarin has had a long and largely successful career but despite that, she has never spoken out about her faith or religion. She has Italian, Brazilian Portuguese ancestry which leads us to believe that she might be Christian as she comes from the largest Catholic country in the world, Brazil.

She has not spoken out about politics but if her Twitter feed is any indication, she has retweeted tweets indicating that she is for refugees. She has also signed a petition against Donald Trump's travel ban, generally termed as a 'Muslim Ban' which leads us to believe that she is not a fan of the guy. Morena Baccarin was married to the American film producer and director Austin Chick, known for his work in "XX/XY". They married each other in November of 2011 and had a son together, Julius, born on October 22nd, 2013. However, on March 18, 2016, their divorce became official. 
She is currently married to Gotham co-actor, Ben McKenzie, they were married on 2nd of June, 2017. The couple have a daughter together who was born on March 2nd, 2016.

Morena loves to go on road trips and says that she loves to sing a cheesy '80s song at the top of her lungs on a windy road. She also loves cooking and throws dinner parties often where she cooks Brazilian, some Italian and French cuisine. She also loves watching TV and keeping up with the news.
