Natalie Portman is an actress. Besides, she is also a filmmaker. She was born on 9th June, 1981 in Jerusalem, Israel. She is a dual citizen of Israel and America. She is the daughter of gynaecologist Avner Hershlag and talent agent Shelley Stevens. She is into films since she was a teenager. She appeared in many blockbusters and independent films. She starred in numerous movies such as Star Wars: The Phantom Menace, A Tale of Love and Darkness, Mr. Magorium’s Wonder Emporium, The Death and Life of John F. Donovan, Annihilation, and Thor: The Dark World, to name only a few of them. She has been nominated for several awards and also won many of them such as Golden Globe Award, British Academy Film Award, and Academy Award, to mention just a few of them.

They started dating in 2009 and got married on 4th August, 2012 in a Jewish ceremony in Big Sur, California. They have a son named Aleph and a daughter named Amalia. Prior to Benjamin Millepied, she was in a relationship with Devendra Banhart, Nathaniel Rothschild, Jake Gyllenhaal, Gael Garcia Bernal, and Moby. She is also rumoured to have hooked up with Rodrigo Santoro and Hayden Christensen.
