Hailee Puring Steinfeld, the American actress, singer and songwriter was born on 11th December 1996, at California. Hailee is the daughter of interior designer Cheri and fitness trainer Peter Steinfeld.
She started her acting from a very young age. She played the role of Talia Alden in She’s a Fox, which won several awards. She got a breakthrough after doing the role of Mattie Ross in True Grit (2010). Steinfeld won the 83rd Academy Awards for Best Supporting Actress role. She acted in several other movies including Ender’s Game, Romeo & Juliet, Bumblebee and 3 Days to Kill. She also worked in the Pitch Perfect film series.
Steinfeld has released a series of music album also.
