Alona Tal

Alona Tal (born on October 20, 1983) is a singer and actress. She was introduced to the showbiz through a children’s music video in which she played an evil witch. Alona got her first big break in the industry through an Israeli film named Lihiyot Kochav ( which means ‘ to be a star). Eventually, she found her niche in the Israeli movies and television soaps. She also appeared in the music video Final warning by Skylar Grey. Later she moved to the New York City where she recorded few songs and bagged a couple of roles in television shows. She is known for her roles in Veronica Mars as cheerleader Meg Manningand Supernatural as Jo Harvelle.

Tal’s Religion : 

Alona Tal is a Jewish by her roots as she was born to Ami Tal who is a Turkish – Jewish decent and Alaya both born in Israel. Alona too was born and raised in Herzliya, Israel. Alona describes herself as a very ‘ spiritual person’.

Who is she dating?

She was married to Marcos A. Ferraez on June 22 in the year 2007. On March 7th, 2017 she gave birth to her first child Charlie who’s birth she pre-announced at a Supernatural (a show she was part of) panel.

Tal’s Hobbies: 

Alona enjoys watching television shows, Game of Thrones and The Walking Dead being her favourites. She is also fond of the show What Not To Wear.

Interesting Facts: 

She served the Israel Defence forces which she later quit to pursue her career in the showbiz. She served as a bartender and sang karaoke in the same bar for a short period, which she now considers as the worst job she has ever done. Alona believes that she is good at making people do things that she like. She gained a lot of popularity through a American fantasy horror television series Supernatural (directed by Eric Kripke) in which is played Jo Harvelle. Alona also featured in the 4th season of the popular ABC show Pretty Little Liars.
