Dove Cameron

Dove Cameron is an American Singer, and actress. She was born January 15, 1996 in Seattle, Washington with the name of Chloe Celeste Hosterman. Her most known roles include both main characters in Liv and Maddie (2013) and the role of Mal, daughter of Maleficent, in Descendants and Descendants 2, all of them for the Disney Channel Label. She currently lives in Los Angeles.  Her family moved there when she was 14 years old, when she participated in the Burbank High School’s National Championship Show Choir.

Dove Cameron  Religion

It seems like Dove likes to take care of her privacy, and doesn’t talk a lot about issues that may be controversial. However, there are reasons to believe that she is Christian, although it is not very clear. At one time she made a Q&A with her fans in her Tweeter account, and when she was asked if she believed in God, she answered that she likes to keep her faith to herself, but that she does believe in God.

Dove Cameron Political Views

It is known that you have to be at least 21 years old to be able to vote for Presidential Elections in the US, and maybe this is the reason why Dove doesn’t express a lot about politics. A couple of years ago she tweeted about the re-election of  Barack Obama being broadcasted by the CNN, so we can assume that she is a Democrat, and that thus she is against new President Trump’s politics.

Who is she dating?

Cameron was known to have a relationship with the actor Ryan McCartan since August 6th, 2013. It seemed to be long-lasting since they got engaged on April 14th, 2016, but suddenly broke up in October 2016. It’s said that she took the decision of ending her former relationship because she fell in love (without realizing) with her partner Thomas Doherty, who acted with her in Descendants movies. They are still together.

Dove Cameron Hobbies

Reading is definitely one her greatest hobbies. She admitted that she loves to read in her free time and that her favorite writer is Edgar Allan Poe, who is even one of her idols. She also likes to cook and listening to music.
